    Jeff has been in publishing for 32 years, with an association publisher (AIP) for the last 16 years. “Learning how to sell advertising was an important area of growth for me,” he said to AM&P. “I had learned a lot of circulation and marketing skills for different audiences and different kinds of publications, and those helped me to be successful. But those were sales to people who had (to some degree) already bought into the publication’s content or mission.”
